Inspired by a classic New Zealand recipe. Rupert Harker from Blackberry Farm supplies us with traditionally reared beef which we sauté and layer with mature cheddar cheese from Joseph Heler. This rich and tasty filling is encased in shortcrust butter pastry made with locally milled flour in our large pie, and a gluten free Doves Farm flour blend in our small pie, and glazed with free range eggs from Windy Ridge Farm.

Our large pie serves 3-4 people, and our small pie serves 1-2 people. Delivered frozen for you to cook straight from the freezer.
