Inspired by a classic New Zealand recipe. Rupert Harker from Blackberry Farm in Clipston-on-the-Wolds is one of the local farmers that supplies us with traditionally reared beef, which we mince and layer with mature cheddar from Laurels Farm in Hatherton. Encased in a rich shortcrust butter pastry, and glazed with free range eggs from Sherwood Farm in Hickling.
Our large pie serves 3-4 people, and our small pie serves 1-2 people. Delivered frozen for you to cook straight from the freezer.
