Inspired by a classic New Zealand recipe. Blackberry Farm in Clipston-on-the-Wolds is one of the local farms that supplies us with traditionally reared beef, which we mince and layer with mature cheddar from Laurels Farm in Hatherton. Encased in our gluten free shortcrust pastry made with a Dove’s Farm flour blend, and glazed with free range eggs from Sherwood Farm in Hickling.

Our small pie serves 1-2 people. Delivered frozen for you to cook straight from the freezer. Not suitable for microwaves.
