Blackberry Farm in Clipston-on-the-Wolds is one of the local farms that supplies us with traditionally reared beef for our Steak and Kidney pies, which we casserole with ox kidney and sliced onions in ale from the Grainstore Brewery in Oakham. Encased in a rich shortcrust butter pastry.
Delivered frozen for you to cook straight from the freezer. Not suitable for microwaves.
Our large pie serves 3-4 people, and our small pie serves 1-2 people.
