You’ll learn authentic techniques and heritage recipes in a relaxed, friendly setting where everything is hands on and nothing feels intimidating. It’s a chance to step into the region’s food traditions, have a lot of fun, and pick up skills you’ll be proud to use at home; all of this in the unique settings of our working bakery at Asfordby (LE14 3QU) and also at our Pie Shop in the heart of Melton Mowbray (LE13 0PN).
