Referrals Terms

Referer Definition – The term “referrer” refers to an existing customer of Brockleby’s who participates in the Referral Program by referring a new customer who proceeds to place their first order above our set minimum spend.

Referee Definition – The term “referee” refers to a new customer who has been referred to Brockleby’s by an existing customer (referrer) through the Referral Program, using their unique code.

New customer definition – A “new customer” for the purposes of the customer referral program is an individual who meets the following criteria:

  • They have used a referral code provided by an existing customer (referrer).
  • They have placed an order with Brockleby’s.
  • The order placed by the individual meets or exceeds the minimum spend requirement specified by Brockleby’s.
  • They have not previously placed an order with Brockleby’s before.

Only individuals who satisfy all of the above conditions are considered new customers for the purpose of the Referral Program and are eligible to participate as referees or referrers, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

– Brockleby’s reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the “customer referral program” at any time without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to, changes in referral incentives, eligibility criteria, or termination of the program in its entirety.

– For each successful referral made by a participant of the Referral Program, whereby a new customer is referred to Brockleby’s and places their first order, the referrer will be rewarded with £10 in “pie credit.” This credit will be added to the referrer’s account and can only be redeemed towards future purchases of pies on Brockleby’s platform.

The £10 pie credit has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for cash or any other form of currency. It is solely intended for use as credit towards the purchase of pies.

The pie credit earned will be sent to the referrer’s account in £10 E-gift Card increments at the end of the month, based on the number of complete referrals made that calendar month.

A referral will be considered “complete” once the referee’s delivery has been successful.

Any fraudulent or abusive behavior in connection with referrals may result in the disqualification of the participant and the forfeiture of any accrued pie credit. This includes, but is not limited to falsification of new customer status.
