I bought one of your Melton Mowbray pork pies yesterday and just wanted to say how excellent it is. The pastry has a nice rich crispy texture, the meat is cured and seasoned perfectly and the jelly has a wonderful light flavour.
Awesome.
I stopped off on my motorbike at your farmshop [...] and the bakery smell was great... wish i had more space to carry stuff on my bike as I'd have bought more!
