Our Melton Mowbray Pork Pies are completely hand made, the
only machine we use is the oven we bake them in!
They are produced in the borough of Melton Mowbray, and uniquely,
we use free-range rare breed pork from either our pigs or neighbouring
farmers, both in the pies and to make our own jelly and lard,
and we also use organic Leicestershire flour for our pastry.
At Brockleby's we run pie making demonstrations
every day.
To avoid disappointment or to arrange to
‘have a go’ at making your own pie we recommend
you book in advance.
